Justice Sector Corruption: Will Indonesia Neutralize it

Background: Though there are vigorous efforts made to fight corruption attitude and behavior, in Indonesia the judiciary sector is still characterized by existence of rampant widespread acts crime. For instance, many judges who have been caught being bribed across country. From available data, 19 at Corruption Eradication Commission, 53% those make up Adhoc judges, while remaining 47% career judges. Objective: This research was conducted determine corrupt behavior relation carrying out their duties authority upholding justice. Method: The study applied a normative juridical method, which established that exhibited handling cases prone criminal corruption, detrimental justice seekers. Conclusion: Thus, judge's as foremost law enforcer can be prevented early possible, if upheld national level.
